چکیده
: Biosurfactants plays a key role in tertiary recovery (EOR), and production, excessive minerals discharge from water during petroleum refinery process, environmental utilization eco-friendly. Biosurfactant producing bacteria found to be sufficient hydrocarbon-polluted soil samples; it is expected more amounts of agrichemicals contemporary the clay. These establish itself region specific. So, this study we made an attempt identify characterize biosurfactant produced by achromobacter xylos strain GSR21 hydrocarbon polluted Andhrapradesh, India. A battery screening methods engaged were haemolytic activity, oil spreading technique, lipase emulsification index (E24), assay, tilting glass slide, blood haemolysis test, drop-collapsed foaming activity. The organism isolate was studied based on molecular, phenotypic, biochemical methods. Thin-layer chromatography I(TLC), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS) investigates used produced. isolated applied chosen hydrocarbons measure its emulsifying capacity. The phylogeny 16S rRNA classified as chromobacter GSR21. sequence secured has been accumulated GenBank covered accession number JQ746488. result obtained acknowledge high action with maximum (E24) 62 % compared 72% sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). Moreover, appear activity against following hydrocarbons: diesel, methylbenzene, kerosene, dimethylbenzene, petrol. optimum cultural conditions (incubation time, carbon, pH, hydrocarbon, inoculum concentration, nitrogen, temperature) for growth analysed. characterized glycolipid using thin layer (TLC), while technique analyzed dodecanoic acid-undecyl ester.Present exhibited magnitude Achromobacter produce effectiveness different hydrocarbons. established held class, (TLC) analyses.

Background: Increasing worldwide contamination with hydrocarbons has urged environmental remediation using biological agents such as bacteria. Our goal here was to study the phylogenetic relationship of two crude oil degrader bacteria and investigation of their ability to degrade hydrocarbons. Materials and Methods: Phylogenetic relationship of isolates was determined using morphological and...
متن کاملIsolation, Screening and Characterization of Hyaluronidase Producing Bacteria
Hyaluronidase has a panoramic use in biotechnology processes and therapy due to its therapeutic, pathophysiological, physiological and biological importance. Since much of the preparations of hyaluronidases are from animal source (bovine and ovine testicular sources) with limited sources of microbial origin, that prompted the authors to screen and isolate a new promising bacterial strain ...
متن کاملIsolation and screening of biosurfactant producing microorganisms from oil contaminated soil
Isolation and screening of microorganisms from oil contaminated soil samples with biosurfactant producing ability was investigated. The biosurfactant producing ability of the microorganisms isolated from the soil samples was investigated by hemolytic assay, drop collapse test, emulsification index and methylene blue agar plate method. The best isolate was identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa ba...

متن کاملDiversity of Biosurfactant-producing Streptomyces Isolates from Hydrocarbon-contaminated Soil
Actinomycetes are unsurpassed as producers of bioactive metabolites, primarily those with antimicrobial/anticancer properties; however, their capacity for producing other natural products such as biosurfactants, has been less explored. Biosurfactants are heterogeneous surface active compounds and can be potentially deployed for bioremediation of hydrocarbons and as emulsifying agents in agricul...
